ORDER
The Court has reviewed the Status Update Regarding the Parties’ Relative Positions on a
Trial Plan (Docket No. 1168) and hereby sets a hearing for January 19, 2012, at 1:30 PM. The
Court further ORDERS Eolas Technologies Inc. to file a document showing its approximate
damage model with regard to each Defendant by January 16, 2012.
Although the trial plan is not yet final, the Court instructs the parties to be prepared to
start trial immediately following jury selection on February 6, 2012. If multiple trials are set per
the trial plan, subsequent trial groups shall be prepared to start immediately after a resolution has
been reached for the preceding trial group, whether by settlement or verdict.
