ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO EXTEND DEADLINES
REGARDING DEPOSITION DESIGNATIONS RELATED TO GOOGLE, INC.
The Court having considered Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion for Leave to Extend
Deadlines Regarding Deposition Designations Related to Google, Inc., and finding good
cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadlines are extended for Google’s
objections and counter-designations to January 20, 2012, and for Plaintiffs’ objections
and rebuttal designations to January 27, 2012.
