ORDER
The Court ORDERS that Plaintiffs’ Request for Hearing (Docket No. 1400) is DENIED
AS MOOT; a hearing was held on June 11, 2012.
The Court GRANTS the Joint Motion to Correct Judgment Pursuant to Rules 59(e) and
60(a) (Docket No. 1405); an amended final judgment shall be entered contemporaneously with
this order.
The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Plaintiffs’ Opposed
Motion to Correct Judgment Pursuant to Rules 59(e) and 60(a) [Dkt. No. 1368] (Docket No.
1406). It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Opposed Motion to Correct Judgment Pursuant
to Rules 59(e) and 60(a) (Docket No. 1368) is withdrawn.

As stated at the post-trial hearing, Plaintiffs’ Motion to De-Designate the Supplemental
Invalidity Report of Defendants’ Validity Expert Richard Phillips (Docket No. 1410) is
GRANTED IN PART. Defendants are ORDERED to produce a redacted copy of the
supplemental report that is not designated as confidential.
