ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR ADOBE SYSTEMS INCORPORATED TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered Adobe Systems Incorporated's ("Adobe's") Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time for Adobe Systems Incorporated to Complete Certain Discovery and finding no objection to it, hereby Grants the motion. IT IS ORDERED that Adobe shall have up to and including October 13, 2010 to complete the rolling production of documents as required by paragraph 2(B) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. No. 247) and up to and including October 27, 2010 to serve a privilege log as required by the Docket Control Order (Dkt No. 249). So ORDERED and SIGNED this 27th day of September, 2010.
