IT IS ORDERED that Adobe shall have up to and including October 13, 2010 to complete the rolling production of documents as required by paragraph 2(B) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. No. 247) and up to and including October 27, 2010 to serve a privilege log as required by the Docket Control Order (Dkt No. 249).
