FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion of Office Depot, Inc. for Extension of Time to Complete Certain Discovery from September 29, 2010 (Dkt. 381) until October 13, 2010 for the rolling document production, and finding good cause, including Office Depot s commitment that it will continue to produce documents to Plaintiff on a rolling basis, supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Office Depot, Inc. to complete its rolling document production pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. 247) is extended until October 13, 2010. Office Depot, Inc. is hereby ordered to continue producing documents on a rolling basis as quickly as reasonably possible.
