FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion of JP Morgan Chase & Co. for Extension of Time to Complete Certain Discovery from September 29, 2010 (Dkt. 381) until October 22, 2010 for the rolling document productions and from October 16, 2010 (Dkt. 381) until November 9, 2010 for the exchange of privilege logs, and finding good cause, including JP Morgan's commitment that it will continue to produce documents to Plaintiff on a rolling basis, supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant JP Morgan to complete its rolling document productions pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. 247) is extended until October 22, 2010 and to exchange privilege logs pursuant to the Docket Control Order (Dkt. 249) is extended until November 9, 2010. JP Morgan is hereby ordered to continue producing documents on a rolling basis as quickly as reasonably possible.
