for the rolling document productions and from October 16,2010 (Dkt. 381) until November

2010 for the exchange of privilege logs, and frnding good cause, including Staples' commitment that it

will continue to produce documents to Plaintiff on a rolling basis, supporting it, finds the

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Staples Inc. to complete
its rolling document productions pursuant to Paragraph2(b) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dl<t. 247) is extended until October 20,2010 and to exchange privilege logs pursuant to the

Docket Control Order

249) is extended until November 6, 2010. Staples Inc. is hereby
