FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion of Playboy Enterprises International, Inc. for Extension of Time to Complete Certain Discovery from September 29, 2010 (Dkt. 381) until October 20, 2010 for the rolling document productions and from October 16, 2010 (Dkt. 381) until November 16, 2010 for the exchange of privilege logs, and finding good cause, including Playboy's commitment that it will continue to produce documents to Plaintiff on a rolling basis, supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Playboy Enterprises International, Inc. to complete its rolling document production pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. 247) is extended until October 20, 2010 and to exchange Dockets.Justia.com privilege logs pursuant to the Docket Control Order (Dkt. 249) is extended until November 16, 2010. Playboy is hereby ordered to continue producing documents on a rolling basis as quickly as reasonably possible.
