ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION OF GOOGLE INC. FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion of Google Inc. for an Extension of Time to Complete Certain Discovery as it pertains solely to Google Instant from October 29, 2010 (Dkt. 421) until November 29, 2010 for the rolling document production and source code production and from November 16, 2010 (Dkt. 421) until December 16, 2010 for the exchange of privilege logs, and finding good cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Google Inc. to complete its rolling document production and source code production pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. 247) for Google Instant is extended until November 29, 2010 and to exchange privilege logs pursuant to the Docket Control Order (Dkt. 249) for Google Instant is extended until December 16, 2010. So ORDERED and SIGNED this 6th day of October, 2010.
