FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time for Staples, Inc. to Complete Certain Discovery extending the deadline for the rolling document productions from October 20, 2010 (Dkt. 429) until October 29, 2010, and finding good cause supporting it, including Staples' commitment that it will continue to produce documents to Plaintiff on a rolling basis, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Staples Inc. to complete its rolling document productions pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. 247) is extended until October 29, 2010. Staples Inc. is hereby ordered to continue producing documents on a rolling basis as quickly as reasonably possible.
