ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION OF GOOGLE INC. AND YOUTUBE, LLC FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion of Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC for Extension of Time to Complete Certain Discovery from October 29, 2010 (Dkt. 421) until November 19, 2010 for the rolling document productions and from November 17, 2010 (Dkt. 464) until December 8, 2010 for the exchange of privilege logs, and finding good cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC to produce documents pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. 247) is extended until November 19, 2010 and to exchange privilege logs pursuant to the Docket Control Order (Dkt. 249) is extended until December 8, 2010, provided that Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC continue producing documents on a rolling basis as quickly as reasonably possible.
