ORDER The parties filed their joint motion for protective order (Docket No. 395) in this case. The parties filed a second joint motion for protective order (Docket No. 403). The Court ruled on the parties' disputes in the second motion for protective order and ordered the parties to submit a protective order accordingly. The parties filed a third motion for protective order in light of the Court's ruling (Docket No. 405). The parties then filed a fourth motion for protective order, noting that this protective order supercedes Docket No. 405 (Docket No. 417). The Court entered the parties' agreed Protective Order as Docket No. 423. Thus, Docket Nos. 395 and 405 are DISMISSED as MOOT. So ORDERED and SIGNED this 30th day of November, 2010.
