from December 7,2010 (Dkt. No. 513) to January 14,2011, and finding good cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Staples Inc. to complete
its rolling document productions and to produce its privilege log, pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of
the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt.247), are extended to January 7,2071 and January 14,

20I1, respectively.
