ORDER
The Court sets the following motions for hearing on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.:
(1) Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Supplement Infringement Contentions (Docket No. 634); (2)
Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Discovery from J.C. Penney (Docket No. 659); (3) Plaintiff’s Motion
to Compel Designation of 30(b)(6) Witnesses from Amazon (Docket No. 667); (4) Plaintiff’s Motion
to Compel Discovery from Staples, Inc. (Docket No. 675); and (5) Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel
Discovery from Citigroup, Inc. (Docket No. 689).
The Court hereby STAYS the June 24, 2011 expert report deadline until seven days after it
rules on these motions. Plaintiff’s Motion for Expedited Briefing (Docket No. 690) is GRANTED.
Citigroup shall respond to Docket No. 689 by June 16, 2011. Plaintiff shall file any reply brief by
June 20, 2011.
