Docket No. 723 Citigroup’s Motion for Leave to File a Surreply GRANTED Docket No. 667 Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Rule 30(b)(6) Witnesses and Motion to Compel Third Party Search Agreements from Yahoo! GRANTED Docket No. 714 Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Production of Source Code from Ebay and Amazon DENIED as moot in light of the parties’ agreement at the hearing. Defendants will produce the template code and the modular code in Texas within 10 days. Plaintiff’s expert report deadline shall be extended to three weeks after Defendants produce the code. Docket No. 728 Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Discovery from eBay GRANTED The Court ORDERS the parties to meet and confer regarding the docket control order and submit an agreed amended docket control order reflecting any deadlines that need to be modified in light of these rulings.
