JUDGMENT OF NON-INFRINGEMENT

The Court having considered Eolas’ Unopposed Motion For Extension of Time to
Respond To Go Daddy’s Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-Infringement, and finding good
cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the following deadlines are now in place, replacing
