COUNTERCLAIMS TO SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT
The Court, having considered Plaintiff Eolas’s Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time
to Reply to Google Inc. and YouTube LLC’s Counterclaims to Second Amended Complaint.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Eolas’s deadline for replying to Google and
YouTube’s counterclaims is extended to August 19, 2011.
