Before the Court is Plaintiff Eolas Technologies Incorporated’s Unopposed Motion for
Expedited Briefing on Eolas’ Motion to Set Deadlines for Discovery and Expert Reports as to
defendant Frito-Lay. After careful consideration, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion is
meritorious and should be granted.
