the Schedule and For Case Management Conference (Docket No. 957), the Court hereby GRANTS
the motion. Accordingly, the trial in this case is hereby RESET to the following:
Pretrial:

January 19, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

Jury Selection:

February 6, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

Trial:

February 13, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.1

Additionally, as agreed at the hearing, Eolas will file its Motion for Reconsideration of the
Court’s Claim Construction Order Regarding Executable Application no later than Tuesday,
September 6, 2011. Defendants’ response is due Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Plaintiff’s reply is
due Friday, September 16, 2011. Copies of all briefs should be provided to the technology advisor
in this case.
The parties are further ORDERED to meet and confer regarding Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave
