O R D E R DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND/OR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION The above-entitled and numbered civil action was heretofore referred to United States M agistrate Judge Judith K. Guthrie, who issued a Report and Recommendation concluding that the P lain tiff's motion for a protective order, which the Court construes as a motion for a temporary restrain in g order and/or permanent injunction pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil P ro ced u re, should be denied. The Plaintiff has filed objections. The Report of the Magistrate Judge, which contains her recommendation for the denial of such m o tio n , has been presented for consideration, and having made a de novo review of the objections raised by the Plaintiff to the Report, the Court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of th e Magistrate Judge are correct and the objections of the Plaintiff are without merit. Therefore, the C o u rt hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge as the findings and co n clu sio n s of the Court. It is accordingly O R D E R E D that the motion for temporary restraining order and/or permanent injunction (d o ck et entry #16) is DENIED.
