P. 41(a)(2) Plaintiffs Stragent, LLC and SeeSaw Foundation and Defendants MTV Networks and Viacom Inc.'s Joint Motion to Dismiss Defendants MTV Networks and Viacom Inc. (collectively "MTV") under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2) shall be, and hereby is, GRANTED. All claims asserted by and between Plaintiffs and MTV in this action are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, except the counterclaims by MTV that seek a determination of the invalidity or unenforceability of U.S. Patent No. 6,665,722, which are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs and MTV will each bear their own costs, expenses and legal fees. This dismissal does not affect any other named defendants.
