Classmates respectfully moves to extend by two weeks the time to file its Reply to Plaintiff's Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss from the current due date of December 13, 2010. Counsel for Classmates conferred with counsel for Plaintiff, and confirmed that Plaintiff does not oppose this Motion. Classmates therefore requests that the Court enter an order extending the time for Classmates to file its Reply until December 27, 2010.
