ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT SONIC SOLUTIONS' UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND THE DEADLINE TO FILE A RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE PARTIES PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 25(c) Before the Court is Defendant Sonic Solutions' unopposed motion for an eleven day extension of time to file a response to Plaintiffs' Motion to Substitute Parties Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 25(c), from the current deadline of March 7, 2011, up to and including March 18, 2011. After considering the motion and that Plaintiffs agreed to the extension, the Court finds that it is well taken and is hereby GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Sonic Solutions shall have until and including March 18, 2011 to file its response to Plaintiffs' Motion to Substitute Parties Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 25(c). So ORDERED and SIGNED this 9th day of March, 2011.
