DEFENDANTS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF
TIME TO FILE REPLY ON MOTION TO TRANSFER
Defendants National Instruments Corporation, Adobe Systems Incorporated, SafeNet,
Inc., CA, Inc., Pinnacle Systems, Inc., Sonic Solutions, Onyx Graphics, Inc., Symantec Corp.,
Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Inc. and Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Ltd. (collectively,
“Defendants”) file this unopposed motion seeking an extension of time to file their reply in the
pending motion for transfer [Dkt. No. 113] until and including April 29, 2011. Plaintiffs’
counsel has agreed to this extension. Accordingly, Defendants respectfully request that the
Court enter an order extending Defendants time to file their reply through and including April
29, 2011.
