UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEYS
OF RECORD FOR DEFENDANT CA, INC.
Defendant CA, Inc. files this Motion to Withdraw requesting that John Allcock, John
Guaragna, Brian K. Erickson, and Erin Gibson, and DLA Piper LLP (US) be permitted to
withdraw as counsel for CA, Inc. in this matter.
The withdrawal of John Allcock, John Guaragna, Brian K. Erickson, and Erin Gibson
will not delay this proceeding, and no prejudice will result to any party. CA, Inc. is currently
represented by Joshua Krumholz, Benjamin Stern, and J. Mitchell Herbert, Jr. of Holland &
Knight LLP.
Counsel for defendant CA, Inc. has conferred with counsel for Plaintiff on this issue and
Plaintiff has no objection to the withdrawal of John Allcock, John Guaragna, Brian K. Erickson,
and Erin Gibson as counsel for CA, Inc. CA, Inc. consents to the withdrawal of John Allcock,
John Guaragna, Brian K. Erickson, and Erin Gibson, and DLA Piper LLP (US) as counsel of
record in this matter.

WHEREFORE, Defendant CA, Inc. respectfully requests that this Court grant this
Motion to Withdraw in its entirety and enter an Order permitting John Allcock, John Guaragna,

counsel for Defendant CA, Inc.
