ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ UNOPPOSED
MOTION TO WITHDRAW AND SUBSTITUTE COUNSEL
On this day came to be heard Uniloc USA, Inc.’s and Uniloc Singapore Private Limited’s
(“Uniloc”) Unopposed Motion to Withdraw and Substitute Counsel. After considering the
motion, the Court finds that it is well taken and hereby GRANTS the motion.
It is therefore ORDERED that Paul J. Hayes and Dean G. Bostock of Hayes, Bostock &
Cronin, LLC, 300 Brickstone Square, 9th Flr., Andover, MA 01810 are withdrawn as counsel for
Uniloc in this action. The Clerk’s Office shall terminate them as counsel of record and shall
remove them from the electronic service list in this case.
It is further ORDERED that Edward R. Nelson, III, Barry J. Bumgardner, and Steven W.
Hartsell of Nelson Bumgardner Casto, P.C., 3131 West 7th Street, Suite 300, Fort Worth, Texas
76107, be substituted in as counsel of record for Uniloc in this case and that Mr. Nelson be
designated as lead counsel in this matter.
