ORDER GRANTING SYMANTEC CORPORATION’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO CONDUCT FIRST MEDIATION ON AUGUST 11, 2011 Before the Court is Defendant Symantec Corporation’s motion for leave to conduct its first mediation on August 11, 2011, which is 12 days after the July 30, 2011 deadline set forth in the Docket Control Order. Plaintiffs do not oppose the relief sought in this motion. After consideration, the Court is of the opinion that said motion should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Symantec Corporation shall have until and through August 11, 2011 to conduct its first mediation with Plaintiffs.
