CONTENTIONS
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ unopposed motion seeking a seven-day extension of time
to file their response in opposition to Defendant CA, Inc.’s pending motion to strike until July
22, 2011. After considering the Motion and CA’s consent to the extension, the Court finds that it
is well taken and is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, Plaintiffs shall have until and including
July 22, 2011 to file their response, with subsequent dates for the parties’ filing of their reply and
sur-reply briefs extended accordingly.
