Having considered Plaintiffs Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc (Singapore) Private Limited
(collectively, “Uniloc”)’s Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Under Seal, the Court finds
Uniloc’s Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Uniloc’s Opposition to Defendant CA, Inc.’s
Motion to Strike Exhibit B to Plaintiffs’ Preliminary Patent Infringement Contentions, supporting
memorandum of law and accompanying declarations be filed under seal.
