Plaintiffs, CASE NO. 6:11-CV-33 PATENT CASE PLAINTIFFS’ NOTICE OF UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE’S NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE EX PARTE REEXAMINATION CERTIFICATE FOR PATENT-IN-SUIT Currently pending before the Court are two motions to stay pending the outcome of reexamination of the patent-in-suit. See Uniloc USA, Inc., et al. v. Disk Doctors Labs, Inc. et al., Case No. 6:10-cv-471 (Dkt. No. 122); Uniloc USA, Inc. et al. v. Engrasp, Inc. et al., Case No. 6:10-cv-591 (Dkt. No. 117). On August 5, 2011, the United States Patent Office issued a Notice 2 of Intent to Issue Ex Parte Reexamination Certificate in those reexamination proceedings. A copy of the Patent Office’s notice is attached as Exhibit A. As set forth in the notice, the Patent Office has confirmed all claims of the patent-in-suit over the prior art.
