MOTION TO DISMISS FOR IMPROPER VENUE (DOCKET NO. 60)

Before the Court is the Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Motion to Dismiss for Improper
Venue (Docket No. 60) filed by Defendant Symantec Corporation (“Symantec”). After
consideration of said motion, the Court finds that said motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Symantec Corporation’s Motion to
Dismiss for Improper Venue, Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(3), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Dkt.
No. 60) (“Motion to Dismiss”) is hereby withdrawn.
