On this day, came on to be considered Defendant CA, Inc.’s Unopposed Motion for
Extension of Time to Serve Initial Disclosures The Court being of the opinion that the same
should be GRANTED, it is therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Unopposed Motion for Extension of
Time to Serve Initial Disclosures be granted, and that the deadline for CA, Inc. to serve its initial
disclosures is extended to August 8, 2011.
