Came before the Court, Defendant CA, Inc’s Unopposed Motion to Withdraw. After
consideration of same, the Court finds that said Motion is GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that CA’s participation in the Motion to Transfer Venue
(Dkt.113) and its Motion to Strike Exhibit B to Plaintiffs’ Preliminary Patent Infringement
Contentions (Dkt. 162) are hereby withdrawn.
