ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
FOR DEFENDANTS TO FILE A RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION
FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

Certain defendants filed an Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to file a Response in
Opposition to Plaintiffs' Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc Singapore Private Limited (collectively
"Uniloc") Motion for Entry of Protective Order from the current deadline of August 19, 2011, up
to and including August 26, 2011. Such motion is GRANTED.
Accordingly, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the defendants shall have up to and
including August 26, 2011 to file an Opposition.
