Having considered Uniloc’s Unopposed Motion to Withdraw its Motion to Strike
Previously Construed Claim Terms from the Parties’ P.R. 4-3 Statement, the Court finds
that Uniloc’s Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Uniloc’s Motion to Strike Previously
Construed Claim Terms from the Parties’ P.R. 4-3 Statement (Dkt. No. 248) is hereby
withdrawn.
