Came before the Court, Plaintiffs Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc Singapore Limited’s
(“Uniloc”) Agreed Motion for Stay of All Deadlines for Defendants National Instruments Corp.,
Adobe Systems Inc., Safenet, Inc., Pinnacle Systems, Inc., Onyx Graphics, Inc., Aladdin
Knowledge Systems, Inc. and Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (together “Fish Defendants”).
After consideration of same, the Court finds that said Agreed Motion is GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all pending deadlines in this matter are stayed up to
and including September 30, 2011 for the Fish Defendants.
