JURY DEMANDED NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS CORP., et al., Defendants. ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF PINNACLE SYSTEMS, INC. On this date, the Court considered the Agreed Motion to Dismiss Pinnacle Systems, Inc. After considering the motion, the Court is of the opinion that it has merit and should be granted. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that all claims and counterclaims asserted in this suit between Plaintiffs Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc Singapore Private Limited, on the one hand, and Defendant Pinnacle Systems, Inc., on the other hand, are hereby dismissed with prejudice, with all attorneys’ fees and costs of court to be borne by the party who incurred them.
