ORDER
The Court has considered Plaintiffs‟ Stipulation of Dismissal of Defendant Adobe
Systems Inc. (“Stipulation”) and is of the opinion that the Stipulation should be
APPROVED.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that:
1.
Any and all claims of plaintiffs Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc (Singapore)
Private Ltd. are dismissed with prejudice from the case.
2.
Adobe‟s
counterclaims
are
dismissed
without
prejudice,
and
such
counterclaims may only be asserted defensively in response to a complaint
asserting infringement of the „216 patent. Adobe shall not file any declaratory
judgment action concerning the „216 patent.
3.
Plaintiffs Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc (Singapore) Private Limited, and
Defendant Adobe Systems Inc. shall each bear their own attorney‟s fees,
expenses and costs.
4.
Plaintiffs‟ complaint as to all other defendants is not impacted by this
stipulation and dismissal.
