ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT FILEMAKER, INC.'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE ANSWER TO PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT Before this Court is Defendant FileMaker, Inc.'s ("FileMaker") Unopposed Motion for an Extension of Time to File its Answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint. The Court is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. It is therefore ORDERED that Defendant FileMaker, Inc. be and hereby is GRANTED an extension of time in which to file its Answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint. Defendant FileMaker, Inc. shall file its Answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint on or before November 19, 2010.
