Albritton, attorney of record in the above-styled and numbered cause, and files this unopposed motion to withdraw as counsel of record for Plaintiffs, Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc Singapore Private Limited ("Uniloc"), and would respectfully show the Court as follows: Eric M. Albritton and the Albritton Law Firm hereby requests permission to withdraw from representing Uniloc in the above-entitled and numbered cause. Uniloc consents to the withdrawal, and the withdrawal will not have a materially adverse effect on Uniloc as they are still represented by competent counsel who are fully capable of representing the interests of Uniloc.
