Pursuant to Local Rule CV-26(c) and ¶ 1 of the parties' Proposed Discovery Order dated February 8, 2011, Dkt. 472, the parties are required to promptly file a notice with the Court that the disclosures required under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) and (2) have taken place. Defendant AT&T, Inc. hereby notifies the Court that Plaintiff and AT&T have agreed to forego the exchange of these disclosures at this time. Other deadlines in the case are unaffected by this notice.
