Having considered Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc.’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel, the Court is of
the opinion that the Motion should be granted. It is therefore
ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED, and the Court hereby withdraws Juliet M.
Dirba as Counsel for Wi-LAN Inc. and orders that Juliet M. Dirba be removed from the official
service list in this case.
