names of those parties in the Court’s records to reflect recent corporate name changes and is of
the opinion that it should be GRANTED.

IS THEREFORE ORDERED

that the Court’s records and docket for the above-captioned

action shall be changed to indicate the corporate name change of Defendant Sony Ericsson
Mobile Communications AB to “Sony Mobile Communications AB” and the corporate name
change of Defendant Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (USA) Inc. to “Sony Mobile
Communications (USA) Inc.”
