The Court has considered Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc.’s unopposed motion for leave to file
under seal Wi-LAN’s motion for partial summary judgment filed under Dkt. 171. The Court is
of the opinion that the motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Wi-LAN’s motion for partial summary judgment,
filed under Dkt. 171, shall be filed under seal.
