WITHDRAWAL OF MICHAEL A. VALEK AS COUNSEL AND
TERMINATION OF ELECTRONIC NOTICES FOR HIM
Having considered Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc.'s Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Michael A.
Valek as Counsel and Termination of Electronic Notices for Him, the Court is of the opinion that
the Motion should be granted. It is therefore
ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED, and the Court hereby withdraws Michael A.
Valek as Counsel for Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. and orders that he be removed from the official
service list in this case.
