ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION
TO AMEND DOCKET CONTROL ORDER
Before the Court is Wi-LAN Inc.’s Unopposed Motion to Amend the Docket Control
Order. Having considered the Motion and for good cause appearing, the Court is of the opinion
that the Motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Docket Control
Order (Dkt. No. 99, as amended by Dkt. Nos. 216, 226 and 232) is further amended as follows:
(1) Alcatel-Lucent shall have until October 26, 2012 to serve its responsive expert
report concerning infringement; (2) Wi-LAN shall have until October 26, 2012 to
serve its responsive expert report concerning validity; (3) the deadline to complete expert
discovery is extended until November 30, 2012; and (4) Defendants shall have until
November 2, 2012 to serve their expert reports on damages.
So ORDERED and SIGNED this 22nd day of October, 2012.
