ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION
TO AMEND DOCKET CONTROL ORDER
Before the Court is the Unopposed Motion to Amend Docket Control Order. Having
considered the Motion and for good cause appearing, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion
should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Docket Control Order (Dkt. No. 99,
amended by Dkt. Nos. 216, 226, 232, 238, and 242) is further amended as follows: (1) AlcatelLucent shall have until November 9, 2012, to serve its responsive expert report(s)
concerning damages and (2) Wi-LAN shall have until December 7, 2012, for the deposition
of Alcatel-Lucent’s damages expert(s), subject to witness availability.
