ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO
AMEND DOCKET CONTROL ORDER
Before the Court is the Unopposed Motion to Amend Docket Control Order. Having
considered the Motion and for good cause appearing, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion
should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Docket Control Order (Dkt. No. 99,
amended by Dkt. Nos. 216, 226, 232, 238 and 242) is further amended as follows:

(1)

Defendants Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, Ericsson Inc., Sony Mobile Communications
AB and Sony Mobile Communications (USA) Inc. shall have until November 9, 2012 to
serve their responsive expert report concerning damages; and (2) the parties shall have up
to and including December 21, 2012 to complete expert discovery relating to Defendants’
damages report.
