ORDER

The Court has considered the Unopposed Motion of Defendants Telefonaktiebolaget LM
Ericsson, Ericsson Inc., Sony Mobile Communications AB, and Sony Mobile Communications
(USA) Inc. (the “Ericsson and Sony Mobile Defendants”) to Withdraw Matthew Paul Harper as
Counsel and Termination of Electronic Notices for Him, the Court is of the opinion that the
Motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED, and Matthew Paul Harper
is hereby withdrawn as Counsel for the Ericsson and Sony Mobile Defendants.
It is further ORDERED that ECF notifications for Matthew Paul Harper shall be
terminated in this action.
