Wi-LAN does not believe that any additional argument in response to Defendants’
Response (Dkt. No. 295) is needed. Accordingly, Wi-LAN respectfully requests that the Court
strike Defendants’ Letter Briefs for the reasons set forth in Wi-LAN’s Motion to Strike (Dkt. No.
288) and Wi-LAN’s Oppositions to Defendants’ Motion for Leave (Dkt. Nos. 283, 285).
